Baby girl's vagina is dark inside?

I m FTM and always confused.. so i was changing baby's diaper and when i opened her vagina lips to clean, it was very dark inside like blackish..there was also a little white discharge like stuff there.. i don't know if it's normal or not. Baby isn't bothered by it but is it suppose to be blackish?? Should i take her to the dr or it's just random stuff every baby has.. will really appreciate your help.
