6 month old pinching (what to do?)

Question

I know it's normal for babies to explore and grab/pinch/pull. My daughter has been doing it a lot lately (I know she doesn't intentionally hurt people obviously lol) but she will grab a hold of me and it will leave bruises, she grabs my hair and pulls it, and about 10 minutes ago my husband bent down to give her a kiss and she somehow grabbed ahold of his nose and gave him a bloody nose. 
Like I said I know it's just a part of development and is normal, but is there anything I can do to address it? Is this just a phase? I try to leave my hair up when I hold her etc, but shes been really beating my boobs up when I breastfed her (scratching, pinching, hitting) and I avoid bring my face towards her to kiss her because she always grabs a hold of nose or my eye. 
Any advice welcome.

Mine was doing this but I literally just ignored it and he actually stopped I heard that if you acknowledge it they start to think it’s funny

While nursing I give my girl her security blanket and she grabs and waves that all around instead

My son went through this a few weeks ago. I removed his hand from my breast. He still pulls hair. I tell him no and move his hand. I got a teething necklace to give him something to grab onto and that has worked pretty well.

My son does a lot of pinching, grabbing and slapping too. I give him a firm “NO!” and telling him that it hurts before taking his hand away. Babies don’t understand logic but they can sense your emotions based on your tone

My son is doing this. I look at him upset and tell him no that it hurts and he groans at me like hes the one thats mad  Or he laughs.

I actually say "ouch you hurt momma" and he stops
