I have two kids (11 months apart. Ages 1 and 2 both by c section)

And I literally have no energy. I am completely unmotivated as well.

(Before all the negativity comes rolling in, yes, I take care of my kids everyday. They get everything they need )

I've been to th doctor a few times. Have been diagnosed with anemia (iron ). Was on meds for 2 months. This month (when I was tested) my iron was good and I'm no longer anemic.

I'm still extremely tired. I get nauseous quite frequently. I have 0 motivation in me.

Any tips that could help me???
