Miscarriage or normal spotting?

Ladies I don’t know what to think of this.. I went into the ER yesterday and they said baby was fine but measuring a week behind. Have any of you experienced this? I’m 7 +3 weeks pregnant.. I never had this with my first baby. My gut is telling me this isn’t good..

I had this around 8 weeks as well. My doc said as long as it’s pinkish/brown and not bright red/heavy (period like) everything should be okay. He was right. I have a healthy baby boy now 💙 Hoping the same for you!

Yeah he brown looks like old blood. And I think it’s fairly common. I remember spotting a little with my son and I was so scared. My OB told me it was normal. I think as long as you aren’t filling a pad you are okay. Prayers for you mama❤️

Seems 50/50. It's possible your uterus is just stretching out since your doc said things look good. Unfortunately it's a waiting process. Try to find a way to relax like a hot bath or good music. Good luck
