Random bleeding/spotting, not period ?!?

Anyone else experience bleeding out of no where , and you know it wasn’t your period? I e already had my period this month . Yet today during my shower I started bleeding . Stopped later on in the day but now it’s happening again. I’m just wondering what could be the reason for this. Hoping for some feedback. If it continues I will go to the hospital tomorrow just in case.
