Food suggestions for energy while pregnant?

Looking for some healthy food options that will give you energy please. I'm only 5 weeks pregnant and sooo tired! I have a 2 year old so sleeping when I feel tired is not really an option.

I think no matter what those first weeks really make you tired. I’m pregnant with my 1st and I was tired no matter what...thank goodness I watched at a school so that focused me to move around and be more active.

I’ve added more fruit to my diet. Seems to help. 
I understand the lack of sleeping, I have an 18 month old and I’m 27wks preg.
