Make sure you’re taking ones without folic acid. It’s probably what’s making you sick since most people can’t break it down. Take folate instead

Yes. I decided to start taking them before bedtime so I can just go to sleep before it settles and nauseating feeling appears.

The iron in the pills is what makes most women nauseous. Try taking them with food or before you go to bed. :)

I make sure I take them just after or during eating a meal. Seems to be fine x

Over the counter ones made me so sick. Try taking the gummies, they are so much easier of your stomach. If not, take yours with food. Or see if your doctor will prescribe some. I have a prescription and I am just fine taking them.

I've had no issues with them but a friend has. She had better luck with the gummy ones and taking a separate iron supplement.

You need to make sure you eat before you take them!! I also use the gummies so I can feel like I’m getting a little treat:)
