Different time, do u think I ovulated?

Hi All, its 2:30am and its 4 hours before my normal BBT time. Can anyone say I still ovulated yesterday? I know I might need one more temp to really say but with me waking up 4 hours early and that huge dip not sure anymore if thats still high temp from my previous 6 or tho I wait till tomorrow to really tell? Thanks all

Hi thanks a lot. I took my temp at my usual time and it came back at 98.25 and I did look up what you said and they showed this pretty close to what I took 4 hours later. Thanks again💕

It’s possible the 3:6 rule doesn’t apply to everyone. Let’s say you keep this temp, or you got this same temp at your normal time, that could indicate a fallback rise. It’d be easier to identify with a positive OPK or other factors (cervix position or cm). FFs website has a blog discussing chart variations, I’m attaching a screen shot of a fall back rise

There’s a BBT adjuster online- just google- it’ll convert your temp based on when you took your temp and your usual time... not sure on accuracy but might give you a better idea :)
