Cramping 😩

Can you have bad cramps in early pregnancy? I was scheduled to start my period and have been cramping bad for the past 24+ hours. I have my other typical af symptoms so I assumed af was coming. Then I puked this morning 🤢 my period cramps are normally severe in the first few days so I don’t know why I’m having these bad cramps without starting af today. Please help TIA 🙏🏼
