BBT Chart + OPK
When is the best time to inseminate when using both BBT charting & OPK’s? I was told that once you get your dip on your bbt chart that you are ovulating but others tell me to wait until I get my full positive on an opk. Please help. I got my dip this morning and my test is almost positive but won’t be until I’m suspecting tomorrow.
