How to be positive going into a transfer?

I’m really struggling with this. My fresh transfer took but ended in an early miscarriage. We PGS tested our embryos after the miscarriage so we will be transferring a normal embryo. My tentative transfer star is 10/30 and I’m really trying to get my kind right snd positive this next month.

The only way to get through it sane is to try to be optimistic! An Ivf meditation I listened to said that we’re going to be devastated whether or not we allow ourselves to hope, so we might as well hope! Fingers crossed for you, dear!!

My first transfer failed (chemical) with a pgs tested embryo. Honestly going into this next transfer I don’t expect it to work. Then if it did work I’d be pleasantly surprised. That’s just my way of thinking though! It keeps my emotions stable throughout the whole process
