Does your bf eat you out?

When I first started dating my boyfriend, he was obsessed with eating me out. He always used to ask for it, i started off a little timid with it but I got used to it and liked it, but he never wants to do it now, Like ever... I ask him about why he doesn’t do it anymore and he said he doesn’t like how it tastes, well semen doesn’t taste that good either. It just makes me feel disgusting that he doesn’t want to eat me out because I “don’t taste good” but he used to do it all the time and ask me for it! He might do it once a month, but its not regular, it’s probably less than that. But when he does do it now I can’t even enjoy it because I’m worried about what he’s thinking the whole time he’s doing something he doesn’t like. I don’t understand why, I’m very hygienic and always shave I shower twice a day. Idk why he doesn’t like it anymore but it sucks..
