Sick twice in a month

Motherhood is HARDDDDDD AF🤦🏻‍♀️ my son was sleeping 12 hours through the night (sleep trained with the ABCs of sleep by cara) i got sick and since im the main person taking care of him i tried not to get him sick but couldn’t.. he got a really bad virus (RSV) he was sick for 2 weeks it killed me mentally because we werent sleeping, we were both sick i had to stop working for those 2 weeks, he got better and he started sleeping in his crib again just ONE week later his father got sick and BOOM baby got sick AGAIN so right now im exhausted, i laid him in his bed at 6:50pm and he’s still moving around.. an hour and 5 min later.. he still a little bit congested but he hasnt cried yet, of course if he cries i will get him since he’s not fully recovered. Once you get used to sleeping through the night again, it gets harder and harder when they wake up several times at night🤦🏻‍♀️
