Am I in the wrong for sending this?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost two years and lately things haven’t seemed right we argue and bicker constantly and it’s worrying to me but whenever I try to explain to him how I feel in the moment the words just weren’t ever right so today we had a conversation about it and he said he didn’t understand my explanation so when we got off the phone I sent him this message. Did I do the right thing? Or does it seem like I’m attacking him?
