Abdominal pains after supposedly Ovulation

I had sex thurs-Sat night and on sun I fell sick to my stomach. Today is one week since I've been sick and idk wat exactly I should feel. Period supposed to come next week but I'm feeling so tired from last week. I'm super tired, dizzy and abdominal but like its under my stomach. Im sometimes a bit upset idk Its bloated like and when I wear pants I'm feeling like I can't breathe. The ac makes me feel like I can't breathe but when I get up or sit up I'm light headed. Ik I'm not pregnant but what should I do. Help help help help
