Anyone’s babes waking at 5 am?

My baby used to have a 6:30am wake up time. Now he’s up at 5am every single day. I’ve read cutting out a nap might help but he needs all 3! After two hours it’s hard to keep him happy/awake.. it’s rare he goes 3 hours between naps, he takes 2 30 minute naps and 1 1hour-1.5hour nap. I put him down around 7:30 but I would do anything to make him sleep past 5!! Send help! 
he also wakes around midnight or so now and cries to get into our bed and usually needs a bottle to fall back asleep so I don’t think he’s hungry because he’s not demanding food when he wakes up in the morning, he just wants to play. 🤯😴

Where do you live?? My baby is going to sleep earlier as the daylight is shorter and waking up earlier too

He needs a longer lunch nap about 2 hours. That’s how you drop the afternoon nap.
We are slowly attempting to transition our son to it.

I’d try bed around 7! It helped my son! Seems counterintuitive but helped!

So my daughter started doing that as well. I did transition her to 2 naps. It took time and all I would do is try to keep her occupied for a little longer each day until it stretched to 3-3.5 hours between naps. Also when she doesn’t get good naps I will make her bedtime earlier. Say 6:45-7. I follow @takingcarababies on Instagram (she also has a blog) and talks about early morning wakings. It’s hard to implement all the things she talks about so I just tried each one for a few days to see what works. For example yesterday my daughter didn’t get a good second nap so I put her to bed at 6:30 and she slept until 3:40 (I’m weaning her off of night feedings) so I put her back down and she slept until 6:45.

Mine has been doing this for over two months! We’ve tried soooo many things to get her to at least sleep until 6am. some times she does too! can’t even tell if it’s what we’re doing or if it’s just random 😩 literally 5:30 on the DOT even if she goes to bed later. She doesn’t fuss or anything just talks and plays. So now I give her a bottle (she can hold on her own now) and that will keep her distracted till 6 when I finally get her out of her cribs. I’m consistent with not picking her up out of crib until very earliest 6 unless she’s crying. And even then she just comes to my bed till 6 so she knows its not quite time to wake up . Also- we don’t put her down for morning nap until at least 8am so we aren’t cementing that early waking. I don’t even know if any of this is working but we’re just going to keep trying lol. I wish I had some solid advice but she has literally been waking at 5:30 exactly since I went back to work 2 months ago
