So my husband and I have been married for 5 years in December, We have a 3 year old.

Long story short my husband has been working at the same place going on 3 years there is a specific woman I told him to cut communication off with completely (she has a crush on him or whatever you want to call it) more than 6 months ago and he claimed it was no problem, he would just cut her off because “she wasn’t anyone to him” so then last night we started to bicker over something small because I told him he knew why I had an attitude... well he starts going off “I know why the f*** you’re mad, & that f******* stupid for you to be mad.” I was like why are you being so defensive right now he says “why tf are you going through my phone” my jaw just dropped because we have never been the type of couple to have an issue with holding each other’s phone. He then say “ you’re mad because I am still talking to that b**** from work, aren’t you?” I immediately said “wtf are you talking about ... what girl” (because I didn’t know what he was talking about at the time). he says “ you’re mad because I’m talking to her again and I changed her name in my phone because i knew you would be mad if you knew I was still just talking to her but we are just friends” .... I say 🤔🧐 “excuse me what... you still talk to her after I asked you how long ago to stop talking to her?” He immediately starts freaking out throwing stuff all over the house telling me “ I’m a b**** for making do the things he does and I need to just let it go and stop letting that ruin our relationship” i has to leave because he was literally acting so crazy !!!

Side note: before I told him to stop talking to her he would always say how they eat lunch together and they just randomly had to use the restroom at the same time & how funny it was that she just understands him and gets his sense of humor 🤔 something in my gut tells me something is up...

I honestly don’t know what to do.. like I can’t imagine not having my family together but help a girl out ?!?!?
