Should I test

Woke up this morning with what felt like someone had stabbed me in my left lower abdomen all the way to my back and throwing up like crazy.... period isn’t due for 4 days .... when I went to the bathroom not thinking about my cycle because it’s not due yet ..... wiped and saw very very light pink ..... the throwing up lasted all morning until about noon then the pain ceased.... and let me add I was sweating like crazy but cold sweat soaked through my tshirt and my shorts should I test this has never happened
