So we have been trying to conceive since April of this year. I was on Clomid for 6 cycles and I had one cycle that gave me 4 big follicles but doctor wanted us to wait that cycle. Then I had one big follicle another cycle and we tried but didn’t get pregnant and then I couldn’t get any follicles to mature for three cycles. So we are now trying Femara and hopefully that will work. The doctor says I have a very rare case of PCOS. Last ultrasound I had between 70/80 follicles. Just having trouble getting one to mature. Anybody else in that boat?? Just wanted to tell my story. It gets really frustrating.
