Need help with no dairy
To preface this, I’m not vegan, but I really think I want/ need to adopt some of the aspects of vegan living such as being dairy free. I’ve been moderately lactose intolerant my whole life, but recently, everyday I’m getting incredibly sick from dairy products. It’s really affecting my daily life. My question is what’s your favorite dairy free milk? I’ve tried oat, almond, and coconut, they’re ok and oat has been my fave so far, but I’m curious what else is out there.
This isn’t necessarily just for drinking as I don’t drink milk by itself, but more for cooking and incorporating it into other foods. I’d also love to know your favorite dairy free/ nut cheeses and brands cause I’m a cheese queen and it’s going to be really difficult to give up 😭
