I’m almost 4 weeks pregnant and the last couple days I’ve had light cramping all over my lower stomach.

It’s worse when I’m working and constantly moving around but still bearable.

Is this normal? This is my first ever pregnancy so I’m terrified something bad is going to happen.

I have an appointment on Wednesday (currently Monday)

Also how do you stop thinking about the fact that something could go wrong? I can’t help but think every little pain/twitch I get is something bad and it’s a very negative way to feel ):
