Positive chicken pox test?

I just got a notification from my medical chart app that I tested positive for chicken pox but I've never had chicken pox and it's been years since I was vaccinated? I don't have any symptoms. What on earth is going on and should I be concerned?

Once you’ve been vaccinated you’ll always test positive for chicken pox because the blood work is picking up the antibodies from the vaccine.

How long has it been since you were vaccinated? I believe after either 15 or 20 years (can’t remember which) you have to vaccinate again. You can still catch a mild case with the vaccine though, and you may not have really noticed having it.
