Post miscarriage

So Friday I started spotting then by Saturday I was bleeding through a super tampon every hour. Saturday evening I passed a clot guessing when I passed the baby and my bleeding instantly slowed down and tapered off Sunday but last night and today I’m cramping horrible in my stomach and back. I have no kind of bleeding. Is this normal to still be hurting but not bleeding? Someone help. Worried something might be left in me. To edit my doctor doesn’t even seem to care I had an on call doctor tell me I was miscarrying I’m currently trying to switch to a different set of obgyns now.
