Already considering #2 thoughts?! 😳🤔🤪

Our munchkin will be 7 months next week and husband and I are already talking about trying for #2 within the next 6 months because we want kids close in age but also to go ahead and be done with the “baby stage”. We only want two kids so why not get it over with?? Are we crazy?!

Absolutely go for it❣️ My husband and I are going start trying for our #2 now ourselves. Sometimes I feel like I’m taking something away from my 7 month old and rushing, but she will always be my little princess even when there is a new baby. Siblings are soo much fun and I’m so ready for my multiples.

NOT crazy!! My husband and I want to start trying again too (although we’re technically not preventing right now, sooo.....🤷🏻‍♀️). Having them close together in age will be hard for a few years but then so worth it in the long run 🙌🏼

That’s what we’re thinking too! I personally was thinking around January we’d stop using protection and just see whenever it happens! It took 5 months for us before so 🤷🏼‍♀️

My March baby is baby #2, I got pregnant with him when my first was 11 months old. They are just shy of 20 mos apart. The hardest part of it so far is that when your first is still so young and dependent on you and you can’t tend to their needs right away if the baby also needs something. It was also extremely difficult upon coming home from the hospital recovering from a c section with a 19 month old and newborn. My 19 month was obviously too young to understand Why I couldnt pick her up, hold her and do all the other things we used to do prior to baby coming home. It was crushing. 
Now with her being 2 and my March baby 6 mos it’s gotten easier. But next time I’m going to space them out a bit more. Maybe just a few more months.

I never understand people’s fascination with having babies close in age. People seem to think they will get along better but I don’t think the age really matters when it comes to that.
