I’ve been losing my mucus plug piece by piece over the past week or two. I just lost what i’m guessing to be the last huge chunk of it. Ive had some cramping and back pain today coming in waves and I had a huge burst of energy but now i’m extremely fatigued. The pressure in my pelvis and rectal area is ridiculous. Could this be the start of labor? I haven’t had any contractions that I’m sure of. I’m a first time mom so i don’t know what to expect. I called my doc and they told me to call back when I have contractions but i was thinking they had already started
