So I am 22 years old and honestly don't know the first thing about womens wellness exams or anything relating to it. I am ttc and sort of want to get an all around wellness exam to make sure my body is all good before resorting to other doctor appointments that I'll have to find a way to afford since my husband and I are having issues concieving. My insurance will cover preventive care exams in full which I know includes well-woman exam but I'm not sure what that is? What should I expect from this exam and is there anything extra or whatever that I should look into? I feel embarrassed for not know more about this since I'm a girl but I've never done it before and dont when I was supposed to start?
