Body’s control/antibiotic

So I’ve been on antibiotics for a couple days during the placebo pill days, been off them for two days and taking normal birth control pills. I threw up (2 days ago, 1st day of new pack) 4 hours after taking my birth control pill, and I had unprotected sex (without him finishing in me) today. Should I be worried and take a plan B?
