Similar situation..

So was just wondering if there's anyone who is in a similar situation as me. My husband and I have been TTC for a little over 4 years. We know that he has a low sperm count. As far as I know I don't have any issues other than endometriosis but I didn't even know I had it until a recent surgery. They removed a large fibroid tumor, a cyst and endometriosis. Doc says everything went well and I should be good to go as far as any issues. They did tell me my cervix was twisted and narrow like it was a little difficult getting a catheter in for one the the procedures but overall they did and my fallopian tubes we're good. Hubby's been on clomid in the past for his count and it had more than doubled it. He stopped taking it however when we kind of decided to just let things happen on their own like whatever happens, happens. Recently, he went back on it and we're approaching his 3rd month to see if it helped again. Even thought the fertility clinic basically told us were probably going to need to do IVF, we have decided against it as of now but interested in IUI. So, basically just wondering if anyone else is in a similar situation or was in one and would want to talk/share experiences. It's always nice to be able to talk to someone who knows what you're going through. My sister has suggested taking Mucinex around ovulation time cause it thins ALL mucus even cervical. And she swears on it that it helped her get pregnant. She has also been struggling but actually had gotten positive tests before. I tried it I believe my last time around and now it's just the waiting game to see if AF shows. Well, I'm all ears if anyone wants to reach out. Thanks for reading!
