Any weight lifters in here?
Hey mamas
I’m 5 1/2 weeks pregnant and having ALL the symptoms but I feel amazing when I continue to do my workout routine...
I’ve always been a heavy weight lifter. I’ve been doing it for 6 years and was also a personal trainer for 4 but never trained pregnant women. Is it okay to continue to lift but just decrease the weight of my lifts!? I feel like I know it’s okay but I need reassurance.
Anyone else in the same boat?
