The weirdest thing happened today

So a little back story. I’m 27 with 3 kiddos (11,9,6). Me and my so have been ttc for about a year now. The past couple weeks I have been feeling what I think may be early pregnancy symptoms and I’m 4 days late for af as of today. I’ve taken 3 tests. 2 negative and one with a vvvfl. I’ve been trying to wait it out a few more days before I test again. Anyways tonight as I was lotioning after my shower I noticed a tiny drop of creamy liquid on my nipple. Figured it was water/lotion and wiped it off, no biggie. Then I noticed a cpl minutes later my nipple looked wet again just a tiny bit. Out of curiosity I gently squeezed my breast and produced a whole full drop of what looks like colostrum. I breast fed all 3 of my los for a few month or so each but never started lactating this early. Heck, I’m not even sure I’m pregnant yet. Has this happened to anyone else? Could this be a pregnancy symptom? Can you start producing earlier if you have breast fed before? Without a clear positive I’m starting to feel like my body is trying to make me lose my mind. I honestly was thinking it was all in my head until now. Opinions would be greatly appreciated plz❤️
