Confused - New at this!
Hello ladies! So I’ve been tracking my ovulation with the strips at home but I haven’t used BBT at all. I bought the thermometer. Can somebody explain how to use it and what the temp should be at normally and when ovulating does it go up or down? How much? When do you ovulate from that point? Thank you ladies!!
