Heat rash?

This is under my boob and it itches so bad is it a heat rash or could it be a yeast infection?

Were you itching it? Because I get purpleish rashes and spots from itching an area so hard or for to long. It looks like you just kept itching it and it turned into a bit of a bruise. Happens to me all the time in areas I sweat a lot. Try to soak a clean wash cloth in cold water and use it as a cold compress to the area.

Could be infection, for a natural route crush up garlic and Finely mince it and put a generous amount on it and let it sit for a while, repeat day and night! Smell of it isn’t the best but my god garlic is wonderful
