Sharing my info in hope it will help others
Hi guys, I have already announced my BFP in the other group. I really want to genuinely help others out here so I am sharing my info, feel free to ask any questions.
So this is my month and as I have updated it isn't showing the green days but they were beginning 15th of Sept. I believe I was right to assume that I had ovulated early as I started having symptoms from 18th Sept. As thought I had ovulated already I didn't do much more activity as I was extremely knackered.
Approach:
I made 3 goals that I wanted to achieve and hold them as all equally important
My goals:
To conceive
To improve my health
To boost relationship with hubby
Prep:
Taking vitamins 3 months prior
Cutting down/eliminating processed sugar 3 months prior (lost 1.5kg)
Downloading Glow and inputting all the data from <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> app
Focused on improving general health, taking better care of myself
Eating a more healthier diet and reducing junk food
Rest (attempt to sleep better as much as possible)
Keeping busy with hobbies ( reduce spending so much time obsessing over conceiving)
Controlling stress and depression (meditation, CBT sessions, aqua aerobics, keeping in touch with friends, treating myself to facials, manipedi etc when possible)
Baby Dancing:
Made it fun, different bets, dares, positions, mixed it up a bit
Late night talks, spending more time together even when no baby dancing
Some days rest, cover most fertile days
Symptoms:
Cramps on evening of Wednesday 18th Sept to 20th Sept
Craving coffee having 3cups a day since 18th Sept, unusual as I don't drink coffee normally not drink for years
Noticed Weight loss of 1.5kg on Wednesday 18th Sept
Dark Urine noticed since 18th Sept early morning
More frequent headaches
Cramping again for 3 days to 25th Sept
Difficulty sleeping at times and once asleep woke up due to gas, burping and cramps early morning on 25th Sept
Noticed linea nigra (line on belly) on 25th Sept
Sweetcorn and popcorn craving. Junk food craving on 27th Sept
Very bloated 28th Sept and snacking too much on sweet things, been bloated several times in past 2 weeks, not been able to have dinner
Noticed another kg weight loss on 29th Sept
Still bloated and unable to have dinners most night for past two weeks
Still going to toilet too many times and have floaties in urine
3 Pregnancy tests done on Tuesday 1st Oct (3 days before Period due date) all positive
. Boobs are fluffier, noticed change since last few days, bra cup size has changed
