FREAKING OUT No yolk sac at 4 weeks 6 days. According to my opk I peaked on 9/10 and calculated that I’m 4 weeks 6 days today. I have a gestational sac. HCG LEVELS 12,000. Progesterone I think was 33? Is this normal?

Way too early, it's normal not to see a yolk sac until after 5 weeks.
