Contractions

Can anyone tell me what their actual real contractions felt like? I’ve had Braxton Hicks for months but this is different. It’s like my whole belly gets tight but only the bottom half and my back hurt really bad but then after the 45 secs or a minute I feel normal for about 5 mins and it happens again
