Only 19 think I’m pregnant and scared

I feel very pregnant in the morning. Like I could have not ate anything or even be hungry before I go to sleep but I’ll wake up feeling warm, upset stomach/nauseas/and ill feel a “Full” feeling. I’m 19, I think I may be pregnant. My period is currently 10 days late. I’m experiencing cramps, sharp pains in breast and my left breast is irritated/sore. My period was due September 21 but I had unprotected sex on the 20th. Is it possible that i conceived late? My periods are irregular.
