Any twin pregnancies in here?

My husband keeps teasing and saying its twin lol. And, my mom is all like well you are showing earlier. But, I have minimal morning sickness. 
If you're pregnant with twins now or have been how did you know? How far along were you when you found out?

Ive had a feeling since i was 6+2 beacuse I just have been so sick with naseau and vomiting and so so tired! It was never like this with my two older kids... And yesterday we did an early ultrasound and yes indeed. There are two!! 😮

I was pregnant with twins but I lost one of them. I had very dark, very early positives but even before that, I just had a feeling. I had a very strong o on both sides the month we conceived (11 hours of intense ovulation pain). I felt implantation twice as well. My uterus was growing quickly (I'm not talking bloat, I'm talking fundal height) and I gained weight right away which is abnormal for me during pregnancy. I always have HG so nausea isnt really an indication for me. I was having lots of vivid twin dreams but in all of them, I could only ever see the one twin so I think my body knew I would lose one.

I had twins 4 years ago. At my blood test at 16 dpo my HCG levels were 850+. Had blood drawn same time this time and it's 487.
Also last time I just kept getting a niggling feeling about it. Like I would look at ultrasounds to see what baby would look like and something kept telling me to look at the twin ones of the week too. But honestly the morning sickness was THE WORST. From week 6-week 14 I was sick as a dog, day in and day out. Actually got diagnosed with HG.
If you have a gut feeling it's twins, listen to it! ;)

I haven't feel anything except for cramping and today in my scan they said we're having twins

I have been feeling like utter rubbish and feel nauseas every day but other then that I had no idea I was pregnant with twins until  my Scan last week! Xx
