Could I have ovulated twice?

Is it possible to ovulate twice? On my first dip I had a high (but negative) OPK reading but I never checked it again that day to see if it was positive. I had all my usual ovulation symptoms but a lot earlier than normal. And yesterday I had a dip in temperature and positive OPK?

Your body may have tried that first time but didnt complete it so its restarting now

What annamarie said.. you may have ovulated yesterday-last night.. if your temps shift to show the next phase of your cycle. Only 11% of women get a temp spike the day after ovulation so give it a day or two 🤞🏻🍀
