Breast changes

Hello! I'm 13+5 today and my breasts SUPER veiny, which is to be expected. But I swear when I look at my breast they are like a shade of pink, and then theres my dark nipples. Is it normal for the skin on my breast turn pinkish? I know nipples and areolas change, but do boobs change as well?
