Is it safe to fly in my first trimester?

We are TTC and I just found out I have to take a business trip in November 😣 it would only be for a day (like fly out one afternoon, and back the following evening) and only a 2.5-3 hour flight each way. 
I ovulate on Friday, we’ve been trying this week so far already and I really don’t want to stop but I’m so scared of having to fly if I have morning sickness 😩

I flew super early in the first trimester. I was so nauseous I was afraid I’d get air sick on the plane but my doctor told me I could take benadryl for nausea. The benadryl actually helped me relax and I didn’t have any problems. I even tried to change my seat to an aisle seat I was so worried about 🤮. Like most things it was a lot of worry for nothing.

I flew in my first trimester with our first, we moved overseas. It wasn’t too bad, but still wasn’t fun.

If you're going to have morning sickness, at least you'll be somewhere that provides barf bags!
But for real, you'll be fine. Stay hydrated, wear compression socks if you feel like you need to, and pack some ginger candies.
