2nd trimester vomiting?

Has anyone experienced morning sickness only in their 2nd or 3rd trimester but none at all in their first?? I feel like it's not very common and maybe it's not actually morning sickness. I didn't have it with my first 2 pregnancies so I don't know what morning sickness is even normally like. But I've been feeling so sick at night like if I wake up after a few hours of sleeping and I've puked about 4 nights/very early mornings so far in the past 2 weeks and felt nauseous nearly everytime I wake up for hours to the point that I can't sleep. I've taken Zofran a few of the times and even that isn't seeming to help. I'm 24 weeks today. This didn't start until like 22 weeks so I'm not sure what's going on. Wanted to see if anyone else had anything similar happen and if maybe it's not morning sickness. I know it isn't just a morning thing but I thought it was normally something that goes away in the 2nd trimester and doesn't just start. I was fine up until 22 weeks with no nausea at all. I'm going to be talking to my doctor about it but figured I'd ask around to see if anyone knows what it might be from or has suggestions to help. It's driving me crazy.

I've noticed I get bad Braxton hicks contractions everytime it happens as well. Or maybe the contractions are what is making me feel sick? I have no clue.
