Pineapple Juice Safe?

Yall....I'm going crazy trying to make sure I'm eating healthy, but I really want something sugary and sweet...is pineapple juice okay?

I had been concerned early on in pregnancy, so I asked my doctor. She said she had only recently heard the old wives’ tale about pineapple from a friend, but that pineapples are perfectly fine to have when pregnant.

I was drinking pineapple juice a lot then read a few articles about how it’s not great in early pregnancy. I’m kinda paranoid though. I would say to be sure ask your doc/midwife. People here will have all kinds of opinions but some may not be properly informed.
