Is their a third addition? Advice please

Due to frequent arguing my husband had said no more babies. Well i have an update now. We had discussed hysterectomy because i have pcos and its a possibility. And we had discussed birth control because birth control generally doesnt work for me ive been off of it for 3 months now going on 4. Ive tried multiple types. I got pregnant with my daughter with an implant and refuse to have it again. Anyways. My husband has told me last night not to get the hysterectomy done unless its medically necessary because of the cysts. And with that being said. Weve been having unprotected sex. So i was able to talk to my dr and she said since weve been sexually active to not take the birth control until next month just in case i am pregnant and to reschedule my appointment for next month. And that if the cysts are bad enough their is a possibility they will do a hysterectomy but itd have to be medically necessary If i already had 3 kids they could tie my tubes. And she said she doesnt reccomend doing that right now because im 21 and we could possibly want another baby. If next month comes and im not pregnant and we have made our minds up 100 percent we Dont want another baby then she will talk to us both about it and our options.

But with that being said.. My husband hasnt made any comment about that yet. Im looking at it as if i get pregnant then it happens and ill be over the moon excited. I already have a boy and girl so there wouldn't be mucj to buy unless just new stuff if needed.
