6 weeks like I was told.

Which was 8 weeks for me because it was an emergency c section

8 weeks. When my dr cleared me- Which is literally what everyone is supposed to do.

Everyones bodies heal differently. I two people who didnt wait the full 6 weeks and did between 3 and 4. But for me I waited 12 weeks because of a c section.
