Doc told me he removed a tube?

Multiples losses, septate uterus and ruptured tubal in april. Doctor told me he removed my right tube. Said it was beyond repair and needed to be removed. In my medical chart it says that it was removed. My insurance was billed for that surgery. I paid a deductible... after this my husband decided to get a vadectomy. The loss of the tube was the deciding factor for this.

I just had my HSG test done today and they show both tubes working perfectly fine with no blockages. I am hurt and mad that the surgeon lied. Has this happened to anyone else??? I am happy that I have two functioning tubes, but my husband had already had the vasectomy weeks ago.
