About 2 weeks ago, I had a hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. Day 2 of my period yesterday was horrendous and HEAVY!!!!! My periods are pretty normal flow in which a super tampon suffices on my heavier flow days, if I even need a super. Yesterday, I more than soaked a super tampon within 2 hours. It was pretty bad, but luckily I had an extra pair of underwear at work. My period has never been that heavy. I went the rest of the day wearing tampons and a pad. Has anyone else experienced a heavy period after having these procedures done? If so, how long before your period went back to normal?
