Stuck between 2 spellings for our daughters name

Blake is a unisex name so either spelling would work, but Blaike looks more feminine and is less likely to cause confusion on job applications etc in regards to gender. However it would require her to have to correct people constantly on the spelling of her name and I imagine that would be quite frustrating to have to do her whole life. Also I'm not sure if Blaike looks a little funny when its spelled out? Though I would get used to seeing it very quickly.

Also were looking for middle names and struggling to come up with any we like, surname will be Mayfield. We want something feminine to contrast nicely with such a unisex first name which us often considered masculine, so any suggestions would be great!
