Allergies?

Anyone else struggling with allergies? I have SO much draining that I woke up this morning with a pounding headache because of it 😩 What can you take?

I do nasal irrigating at night and take stinging nettle. It is keeping it under control for now, but I'm outside a lot because I coach my son's baseball team.

You can take Zyrtec during the day and Benadryl in the evening.  Midwife and allergist both approved these.
