I never thought I would get to this point but I'm desperately in need of help. My little girl won't nap won't sleep at night. She is almost 7 months old and her sleep is getting worse and worse. I debating sleep training but I don't know where to begin. She cries SO loudly and NEVER stops. Even when I go in to comfort her without picking her up she screams and screams I'm afraid she is going to hurt herself. How do I know when the crying is too much? I just don't know what to do anymore. She goes down to bed at night and wakes 30 minutes later screaming until I pick her up and rock her and even then it can take an hour to get her to sleep. And same thing several times at night to the point where I just bring her in bed with me cause I'm exhausted. Any advice will really help!
