I got caught snooping

Recently I got caught snooping my boyfriend’s phone. I know I invaded his privacy but once in a while I just wanna know if everything is clear. Although I didn’t find anything he noticed I checked and got really mad at me. I currently live with him and he asked me to move out. We where so good the days before. He was so loving but I screwed it up by being so nosey. He isn’t even sleeping in our bedroom because he thinks I’m going to check his phone while he sleeps. I regret checking. Something in me told me to not do it that day. But I did and now I regret it because I feel lame. What should I do? Should I just leave? Please don’t judge me. I feel terrible.
